PROJECT SUPERVISOR

QUALIFICATION AND NEEDED WORK EXPERIENCE:

• College diploma or above in Telecommunication, Electronic Information, Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines; experienced in Ericsson RAN deployment is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years telecom site project management experience; candidates with Philippines or Southeast Asian wireless base station delivery experience are highly preferred; proven experience in tower equipment hoisting, antenna installation and subcontractor management; prior Ericsson/Huawei wireless project background is an advantage.
• Familiar with site survey, grounding, feeder wiring and telecommunication construction specifications; proficient in on-site EHS management, well-versed in Philippine local safety regulations for high-altitude and lifting operations; capable of preparing construction plans, progress documents and as-built files.
• Basic oral and written English for daily client communication; safety officer certificate, working-at-height certificate or PMP certification is preferred; familiar with Philippine construction permit application procedures will be prioritized.
• Willing to be stationed long-term in the Philippines, able to travel between multiple project sites; strong stress resistance, excellent team leadership, cost & schedule control awareness, rigorous in safety and quality management.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the construction team to perform base station equipment unloading, tower-top hoisting, antenna & RRU installation, feeder routing and grounding construction strictly in accordance with construction drawings and technical specifications to avoid rework.
• Conduct daily pre-job safety briefings, verify the validity of working-at-height and lifting certificates of all team members, supervise the proper use of PPE, eliminate potential safety hazards during high-altitude and hoisting operations, and report all safety incidents in a timely manner.
• Follow the project construction schedule, assign daily tasks reasonably, control construction efficiency of each site, report material shortage, site access barriers and technical failures to the project supervisor immediately and assist in problem solving.
• Manage site materials requisition, storage and surplus material recycling to prevent equipment loss or damage. Take construction photos, fill in construction and safety forms, and conduct self-inspection before site acceptance.
• Coordinate with crane operators and riggers to finish tower equipment hoisting, inspect slings and lifting tools before operation, and rectify construction defects required by supervisors and clients.
• Manage daily attendance, work discipline and personnel issues of local team members, report staff turnover and team conflicts to the supervisor.
