• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field; Finance degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite
• Relevant industry experience aligned with financial reporting, planning, and analysis functions
• Proven financial analysis and business partnering capabilities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to clearly articulate analytical thinking, business insights, and recommendations
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance management
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-support skills
• High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity

• Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and consolidation activities across quarterly and annual cycles.
• Prepare and enhance monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
• Partner with business units to provide financial analysis, P&L support, accounts receivable tracking, and performance insights.
• Develop and maintain forecasting models, operating plans, and financial plans to support strategic decision-making.
• Analyze financial data, KPIs, trends, and variances to improve reporting accuracy and business performance.
• Collaborate with Finance leadership on reporting structures, financial goals, and process improvement initiatives.
• Drive finance modernization through system enhancements, process optimization, and reporting improvements.
• Support market research, capital allocation reviews, ad hoc analyses, and special finance projects.
• Provide recommendations based on financial insights to support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Assist in training team members on finance processes, reporting tools, and best practices.
