Junior Reporting Analyst (Call Center Night Shift)

Job Description:

Responsibilities include regular communication with clients and internal teams via email, Microsoft Teams, and web-based portals.

The position reports to the Chicago Administrative Department and supports day-to-day operational tasks and duties.

Required Skills:

• Strong enthusiasm for learning and quickly adapting to new skills
• English fluency required (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Business level English speaking proficiency is required for effective client and team communication.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (advanced skills are a plus)
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Proven ability to work effectively under deadlines and manage due dates
• Strong note-taking skills with the ability to ask relevant, insightful questions
• Demonstrated critical-thinking skills in managing client deliverables
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and follow established reportng guidelines
• Prior reporting or data analysis experience is preferred but not required for this role.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an office environment or working with U.S.

• Candidates must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience working night shifts.

This position requires on-site work; remote or work-from-home arrangements are not available.

Graveyard Schedule:

• 10:00 pm to 7:00 am Manila (8am – 5pm CST) November – March
• 9:00 pm to 6:00 am Manila (8am - 5pm CST) April – October

Fixed weekend off
