Job Overview
As a Social Media Outreach Specialist (Coffee Industry), you will manage high-volume Instagram outreach to connect US-based cafes with our client's innovative digital platform. You will make critical first impressions by personalizing and sending 50–75 direct messages daily while maintaining meticulous tracking records in Airtable.Working directly with the company founders, your precision in managing lead data and monitoring account health will directly drive the partnership funnel. This remote, long-term role requires a commitment of 20 hours per week, operating Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM EST.
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM EST (20 hrs per week)
Responsibilities- Access the client's database and identify qualified cafe prospects for daily outreach campaigns
- Verify prospect information and Instagram profiles to ensure accuracy before contact
- Personalize and send 50-75 direct messages per day on Instagram following provided scripts
- Update Airtable CRM with detailed status tracking including DM sent dates and prospect responses
- Monitor Instagram account health and adjust messaging volume to prevent platform throttling
- Maintain detailed accuracy in all data entry and prospect verification tasks
- Communicate daily progress reports via Slack outlining completed tasks and next-day plans
- Adapt messaging templates with company-specific details to maintain variation and authenticity
- Proven experience in social media outreach or digital prospecting roles
- Demonstrated expertise with Instagram direct messaging and platform best practices
- Strong proficiency with Airtable or similar CRM database systems
- Exceptional attention to detail with near-zero error rates in data entry and messaging
- Experience managing high-volume repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
- Comfortable with Slack for daily team communication and reporting
- Available to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time
