Are you a results-driven operations leader with a passion for driving business performance, leading large teams, and implementing continuous process improvements? We are looking for an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead high-performing teams, optimize operational efficiency, and build strong client partnerships.
In this role, you will oversee large-scale operations, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure operational excellence while developing future leaders within the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage operations with a strong focus on service delivery, quality, and productivity.
- Drive process management and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and business performance.
- Review operational processes, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards to ensure adherence to company policies.
- Lead and develop teams consisting of 100–200 FTEs, including Team Managers, Supervisors, and Associates.
- Own weekly and monthly business reviews, management reports, and performance metrics while identifying risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and execute strategic plans that support business objectives and long-term growth.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
- Mentor and coach leaders to strengthen organizational capability and succession planning.
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- At least 7–10 years of leadership experience in operations management.
- Proven experience managing 100–200 full-time employees (FTEs), including Team Managers, Supervisors, and Associates.
