Sales and Marketing Officer

The Sales and Marketing Officer supports the commercial and sustainability goals of the Citicore Foundation by driving market uptake and sales of agricultural outputs generated through the Agro-Solar Programs.

This role focuses on market identification, customer and partner engagement, sales coordination, and administrative support related to harvest sales. The position also plays a key role in partnership management to help secure sustainable revenue streams while supporting the Foundation’s community development initiatives.

• Initiate and implement marketing, engagement, and partnership programs for Citicore Foundation
• Conduct market mapping and identify potential customers for Agro-Solar harvest outputs
• Manage customer relationships related to harvest sales
• Coordinate sales contracts and related documentation
• Monitor sales performance and prepare reports and analytics
• Work closely with Agro-Solar operations on inventory, harvest schedules, and related activities
• Support administrative and financial processes related to sales transactions
• Assist in identifying, coordinating, and managing partnerships with stakeholders

• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, and/or Partnerships
• Graduate of BS Marketing Management, BS Business Administration, BS Entrepreneurship, or related courses
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and creativity in developing marketing and sales initiatives
• Results-oriented, proactive, and highly organized

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Background in design and infographic tools (e.g., Canva)
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders such as communities, NGOs, government, and the private sector is an advantage
