Jr. Local Store Marketing Officer – North Luzon

Reports To: National Trade Marketing Senior Manager / Marketing Head

Job Summary

The Jr. Local Store Marketing Officer – North Luzon is responsible for helping drive store sales and brand awareness through local marketing activities and partnerships. The role supports store openings, local campaigns, community activations, and in-store promotions to help increase customer traffic and engagement across assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing local store marketing activities and promotions.
• Support store openings, seasonal campaigns, and community events.
• Coordinate with stores to ensure marketing materials are properly displayed and implemented.

• Build relationships with local partners, schools, offices, and nearby establishments.
• Help create tie-ups and localized deals to increase store traffic and brand visibility.

• Work closely with Operations, Creatives, and Marketing teams for smooth campaign execution.
• Monitor ongoing promotions and ensure stores follow campaign guidelines.

• Visit stores regularly to check branding visibility, customer engagement, and promotional execution.
• Gather feedback from store teams and customers to improve future activities.

• Track performance of local marketing activities and promotions.
• Prepare simple reports, photo documentation, and post-event summaries.
• Monitor competitor activities and local market trends.

• Assist in managing local marketing budgets and expenses.
• Coordinate with suppliers, event partners, and agencies for marketing requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Experience in marketing, events, or retail operations is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to do fieldwork and travel within North Luzon.
• Creative, organized, and proactive in handling projects.
