WE ARE HIRING : CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - OUTBOUND SALES AGENT
Location : Makati City | Dayshift | 8 AM - 5 PM
Job Description- Making inbound calls based on customer inquiries to introduce and educate them about the products
- Consulting customers to understand their needs and preferences and persuading them to make a purchase based on their requirements
- Efficiently managing and organizing customer information in the company system
- Providing personalized support Achieving and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company
- Minimum high school graduate diploma or equivalent
- Preferably at least 1 year of experience as a Telesales Representative, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in shift-based work is preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in basic computer skills (MS Office) and familiar with internet-based applications (e.g. Google Chrome)
- Willing to work in shifts (Including weekends and and national holiday)
