Customer Service Representative | Onsite | PASAY

You will ensure every customer interaction is handled professionally while meeting quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards.

• Handle inbound customer service calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Assist customers with account-related concerns, billing questions, and service requests.
• Resolve customer issues by identifying the best available solutions.
• Accurately document customer interactions in company systems.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and follow company policies.
• Meet performance metrics, including quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction.
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Stay updated on company products, services, and processes.

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
• At least 6 months of Call Center Experience (CCE).
• B2 English proficiency or above.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Willing to work onsite.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if required.

• Salary Package: Up to ₱22,000 (depending on qualifications and experience)
