Position Title: Group Manager/ Area operations Manager
What is expected from you:
- Scaling Excellence: Taking the success of one store and replicating it across your entire cluster.

Qualifications:
- at least 2+ years of experience managing multiple sites (QSR/Fast Food preferred) and know how to manage your time effectively between locations.
- You have a proven track record of reducing turnover and promoting talent from within.
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree and possess a deep understanding of P&L, food safety standards, and labor laws.
