Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, recruitment, onboarding, client management, and process improvements. The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-driven, and confident in working with US-based clients across different time zones.

• Manage end-to-end operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing team management.
• Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Oversee daily operations, team performance, and KPI tracking.
• Conduct initial interviews for Virtual Assistant (VA) candidates for Legal Practice Flow.
• Coordinate regularly with partners and internal stakeholders.
• Attend client meetings and interviews as the primary operations representative.
• Conduct weekly check-ins and performance reviews with VAs.
• Manage client onboarding and client-facing operational processes.
• Ensure smooth communication and coordination with US-based clients across different time zones.
• Drive operational efficiency through process improvements and best practices.

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong background in operations management, process improvement, and team leadership.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable interacting with US-based clients and working across multiple time zones.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms and operational management tools.
• Experience creating, documenting, and improving business processes and SOPs.
• Legal industry experience is not required, but candidates with operations experience are highly preferred.
• Willing to work onsite (preferred).

• Experience managing remote teams or Virtual Assistants.
• Ability to analyze KPIs and implement performance improvement initiatives.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
