Operations manager

Job Description

• Oversee and manage the company's day-to-day operations.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Monitor operational performance and recommend process improvements.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate department managers and staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable government regulations.
• Manage budgets, operational costs, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth business operations.
• Analyze operational reports and prepare recommendations for management.
• Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions.
• Handle operational issues and resolve escalated concerns promptly.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of progressive experience in operations management, with years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and people management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Proven experience in process improvement and operational planning.
• Strong financial and budget management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
• Bilingual language skills. Fluent and proficient in reading, writing, and speaking.
