Job Description
The Key Account Manager is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring our clients' sourcing needs are met through JobStreet.com solutions, while cultivating and maintaining robust, long-term business partnerships with our most valued corporate accounts.11 This role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of driving growth and innovation within their portfolio.
Job Responsibilities (Ranked by Business Impact)- Strategic Vision & Growth: Envision strategically how to grow your portfolio, demonstrating strong business acumen and the ability to forecast future opportunities. Comfortably and eagerly conduct face-to-face client visits to solidify relationships and identify new avenues for growth.
- Sales Target Achievement: Develop and effectively execute sales strategies to consistently exceed sales targets.
- Growth-Oriented Strategy: Design and implement innovative strategies and campaigns to significantly grow your account base.
- Executive Engagement: Confidently engage in high-level conversations with top executives, business owners, and key decision-makers, building trust and fostering strong relationships.
- Opportunity Maximization: Proactively identify and cultivate sales opportunities within the existing client base, expertly cross-selling when appropriate.
- Strategic Account Management: Take ownership of an assigned account base, ensuring exceptional client retention through proactive engagement and unparalleled customer experience. This includes:
- Conducting monthly touchpoints via calls
- Leading comprehensive Annual Account Reviews
- Providing insightful ad hoc reports as needed
- Delivering expert after-sales support through consultation and sharing of best practices
- Value Proposition Creation: Articulate compelling value propositions for the diverse HR solutions offered by JobsStreet by SEEK.
- Market Leadership: Demonstrate deep knowledge of market trends and competitive landscapes to position JobStreet by SEEK as a leader.
- Performance Analysis: Prepare and analyze comprehensive sales performance tools and reports, including trend analysis, to continuously monitor and enhance sales results.
- Professional Progression: A proven track record of career progression in the last 2-3 years, with a clear and intentional career pathing and aspirations to advance up the corporate ladder.
- Project Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading impactful projects in previous roles.
- Sales Expertise: Preferred experience in business-to-business sales or solution selling.
- Communication & Presence: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently communicate and present to clients across all organizational levels.
- Innovative Mindset: Demonstrate a creative mindset and a proactive, "can-do" attitude, consistently developing innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
- Drive & Resilience: Be a self-learner and resilient, exhibiting a passion for helping people, a commitment to excellence, and a drive for innovation.
- Adaptability: Possess the initiative and capacity to thrive in an ever-evolving environment.
- CRM Proficiency: Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce is preferred.
- Experience: At least 2 years of working experience in a related or unrelated field is preferred.
