FINANCE ANALYST
Key Responsibilities:
- Ownership of site budget planning and spend tracking
- Oversee all financial transactions and help resolve financial process issues.
- Report monthly and quarterly financial metrics to Site Lead
- Work with local and global teams - external or internal, in processing payments, purchase orders, invoices, etc.
- Communicate with and represent the site to internal teams, vendors and government entities on any finance-related transactions and discussions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and reconciliation
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial systems/tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a fast-paced, global environment
- Experience working with cross-functional or international teams is an advantage
