ACCOUNTING ANALYST

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related course
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Good communication skills

Preferred (but not required):

• Experience in accounting or finance role
• Knowledge of Philippine tax regulations (e.g., BIR requirements)

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and monitor daily financial transactions
• Prepare financial reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting
• Analyze expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
• Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations
• Support audits by providing required documents and data
• Coordinate with other departments for financial concerns
