The Opportunity
We are seeking a competent and highly professional Financial Analyst to support the organization in managing accurate billing processes, monitoring accounts receivable, and ensuring timely collection of payments. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining positive client relationships, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting the company’s financial operations through efficient collection, reconciliation, and financial analysis procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain financial models and run feasibility/sensitivity analyses.
- Model financing options (debt, equity, JV, pre-sales) and assess IRR/NPV/cash flows.
- Source and integrate market, technical, and cost data; monitor macro trends.
- Prepare investment memos, pitch decks, and due-diligence materials.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and actuals vs. budget tracking.
- Coordinate assumptions with Project Development, Engineering, Procurement, Legal, Sales, and consultants.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA is an advantage.
- 2–5 years of experience in financial modeling, investment analysis, or project feasibility—preferably in real estate development, property consulting, private equity, or banking.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (complex formulas, sensitivity tables, macros are a plus) and financial modeling best practices.
- Understanding of real estate development stages, construction cost structures, project financing, and revenue forecasting.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple deadlines.
