What you’ll be doing
You will lead and manage how culture is designed, executed, and improved across
Lotus. In simple terms, you will:
- Make sure all culture activities follow a clear system (no random or duplicate initiatives)
- Keep all culture rhythms active and balanced (daily to quarterly)
- Ensure leadership behaviors match our values and standards
- Track culture performance using dashboards and data (not guesswork)
- Improve systems, rituals, and experiences continuously
- Build and guide facilitators and culture owners
- Identify and correct misalignment early
- Use AI and tools to improve speed, clarity, and consistency
Your goal is simple: make sure our culture runs consistently, even without constant
supervision.
This role requires both care for people and discipline in systems.
Basic Qualifications
What We’re Looking For- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Experience in HR, culture development, operations, or similar roles
- Strong understanding of systems, processes, and behavioral alignment
- Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
- Strong follow-through and accountability
- Able to work across teams and ensure alignment
- Comfortable addressing gaps and reinforcing standards
- Strong communication and coordination skills
