Job description:
Managing a Front Desk as a Receptionist.
Coordinates and manages all administrative tasks.
Monitors the inventory of office supplies and uniforms
Coordinates the facilities services and maintenance
Petty cash custodian for the admin
Monitors the schedule, maintenance, and registration of company vehicle
Monitors the vehicle fleet card, parking management
Responsible for flight booking
Ensures the overall cleanliness of the office
Manages the scheduling of Maintenance and Drivers
Qualification:
Graduate of BSBA or any related field
Has a relevant experience as Office Admin is a plus
A team player
Proficient in MS Office
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
