I. Position Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily on-site construction activities and conduct comprehensive inspection in every work to ensure they are executed as per the project plans and specifications.
- Ensure that the construction methodology and workmanship of the project are implemented as per design and specifications, maintaining acceptable quality standards and applying good value engineering practices.
- Liaise with project managers, architects and network engineers to discuss and resolve project issues.
- Evaluate subcontractor billing, ensuring that it aligns with the work accomplished.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on project progress, issues, and financial status to Project-in-Charge/Project Manager.
- Cost Estimation for materials, labor, equipment, and other project-related expenses, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project specifications.
- Prepare and submit RFIs and RFAs when additional information, clarification or approval is needed from the design team, consultants, or other stakeholders.
- Must possess at least a Bachelor/College degree in Architecture
- With 3-7 years’ experience in Construction
- Must have valid PRC license
- High degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms and conditions.
- Knowledgeable in using AutoCAD
- Good communication and coordination skills
