Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (CIVIL and MECHANICAL) or equivalent (with or without license)
- Preferably with depth experience in Construction Projects, Technical description & understanding, Documentation, Safety Management
- Highly proficient to use Office Applications, Autocad (2D), solid materials & Sketch up application
- Must know technical architectural drafting drawing, plotting and detailing construction materials specifications
- Must have knowledge in construction estimates
- With experience in handling people / people management
- Can drive a 4-wheel vehicle & w/ drivers license
- Willing to travel & do fieldwork
- Systematic and detailed oriented
- At least 2 yrs handling construction project & supervision experience or more
- Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates.
- Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements; reviewing cost & estimates
- Visit construction sites to collect correct details, measurements & dimensions, as needed
- Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.
- Use CAD & sketch-up software & conventional drafting station to prepare drawings, gant chart & records
- Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
- Prepare drawing plans for offices, & stores for building/occupancy permit
- Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
- Controls project costs by approving expenditures; administering contractor contracts.
- Maintains product and company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations.
- Do submit progress reports/WPR weekly / monthly (or as needed) in relation to the position
