- Manage building projects, creating designs.
- Conducting site visits to ensure adherence to standards.
- Maintain project schedules, budgets.
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, and safety standards
- Preferably registered architect
- Proficient in estimates
- Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, sketch Up
- Willing to work in site
- Knows how to drive with driver's license (2 or 4 wheels)
