- The Role
We’re hiring Virtual Assistants with excellent spoken English and a clear, neutral or American-sounding accent to cold call property owners. You’ll use our proven scripts to qualify leads and schedule appointments for our acquisitions team. This is a results-driven role with strong earning potential and career growth for top performers.
- Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls (leads and scripts provided)
- Build rapport, pre-qualify leads, and gather key information
- Update CRM with lead data and schedule follow-up appointments
- Meet daily/weekly KPIs around calls, contacts, and booked calls
- Fluent in English with a clear, confident, and neutral/American accent
- Prior cold calling or sales experience (real estate a plus)
- Reliable internet and headset
- Strong work ethic, coachable, and consistent with follow-through
- Willing to work U.S. hours
- Compensation & Growth
- $3–$6/hour depending on experience and English fluency
