Job Overview

We are looking for Quality Engineers who will play a crucial role in optimizing and improving our manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze data, and implement innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manages HR service delivery and ensures alignment with HR Objectives & Targets
• Ensures maintenance and keeping up to date employee records in the organization to provide comprehensive and accurate information to demands and requests in accordance with data protection and regulation
• Provide HR-related support to employees and assist in the implementation of HR Policies and Procedures
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
• Promote programs that develop employees' overall well-being

Job Qualifications:

• With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR within a manufacturing environment is preferred
• Also accepts Fresh Graduates
• Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
