POSITION TITLE: MANDARIN GAME OPERATION LEAD

JOB DESCRIPTION

Plan and execute game operation strategies tailored to Mandarin-speaking mark
Coordinate with localization teams to ensure culturally relevant game content, events, and communication for the target audience.
Work closely with product managers, developers, marketers, and customer support teams to execute live operations smoothly.
Oversee the daily operations of online/mobile game(s), including content updates, live events, in-game economy balancing, and performance monitoring.

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATION

Native or fluent in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written).
Proficiency in English for cross-functional and international communication.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Problem-solving mindset and data-driven decision-making ability.
