Survey Head - Pasig

We are looking for a Survey and Mapping Head who will lead and oversee the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of all survey and mapping outputs of the department. This role ensures that land-related data and reports are properly validated, endorsed, and submitted to support inventory, permits, licenses, titling, and acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee survey and mapping operations, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Review and endorse survey outputs, technical descriptions, and reports for government submissions and internal use.
• Validate and sign survey returns, inspection reports, and acquisition plans to support land development and titling.
• Manage scheduling of survey teams and monitor departmental performance against set targets.
• Maintain reliable database and monitoring systems for all survey and mapping outputs.
• Handle financial management of the department’s revolving fund.
• Track and evaluate team and individual performance to ensure efficiency and high standards.
• Provide guidance and support on other survey and mapping requirements as needed.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Geodetic Engineer
• Strong background in survey, mapping, and land acquisition processes.
• Proven experience in leading a technical team with high attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities.
