CEBU CITY | ONSITE | DAY SHIFT
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Elicit requirements for software development. Document, analyze and evaluation requirements gathered.
- Work out deliverables such as Functional requirements (Business Requirements
- Translate technical information into business language to ensure understanding of the requirements by both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to analyze information needs and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
- Support the project manager and other team members in planning deliverables, scope, schedule, and other aspects of the project.
Qualifications/Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Background/experiences in relevant fields.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a Senior or Lead BA role.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Proven experience in creating BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Process Flows, Wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong analytical and project management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio, Figma, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
- Leadership experience and ownership mindset with strong facilitation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel for business engagements when required.
- Amenable to hybrid work arrangement (3x onsite, 2x WFH weekly)
