About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Business Analyst – Supply Chain to bridge business requirements and Oracle ERP solutions. This role focuses on process improvement, system configuration, and production support across multiple Oracle Supply Chain modules, while working closely with business users, technical teams, and global stakeholders.

What You’ll Do
  • Analyze business requirements and recommend process improvements and Oracle ERP solutions
  • Configure and support Oracle Supply Chain and Financial modules to meet business needs
  • Provide production support for Oracle ERP across assigned geographic regions
  • Administer and support Oracle modules including:
  • Oracle Process Manufacturing & Process Costing
  • Order Management, Shipping, Purchasing, Inventory
  • Discrete Manufacturing, Planning, Forecasting
  • Item, BOM, and Routing
  • Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger
  • Provide Customer Master and Pricing support for Finance, Sales, and Marketing teams
  • Gather change requests and reporting needs; perform feasibility analysis and provide recommendations
  • Develop functional design documents, test plans, and support development and testing activities
  • Perform regression testing, user acceptance testing, and end‑user training
  • Participate in Oracle ERP implementations, upgrades, testing, and training programs
  • Escalate issues and risks to the Senior Director – Global Business Systems (USA)
  • Support and promote Oracle awareness and training across regions
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of Oracle ERP application experience, particularly in Supply Chain modules
  • Completion of at least 2 full Oracle ERP implementations end‑to‑end as a Business Analyst or Functional Lead
  • 5+ years of experience leading production support for enterprise applications
  • Strong expertise in Oracle ERP configuration and setups
  • Knowledge of Oracle database architecture and development tools:
  • PL/SQL, SQL Plus, Forms, Reports
  • Proficient in Oracle AIM methodology
  • Proficient in running SQL scripts for data analysis and validation
  • Experience with Oracle Discoverer and BI tools
  • Working knowledge of software development and support methodologies
