ADC PROPERTY VENTURES, INC. is a Cebu based real estate company engaged in property leasing, real estate development and development of memorial parks. We own and developed Cebu’s Premier Memorial Park, FINISTERRE GARDENZ.

We are seeking a compassionate, creative, and purpose-driven Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team. This role goes beyond traditional sales—it is about helping families plan and preserve a place of remembrance for their loved ones.

The ideal candidate will have a heart for service, combined with the ability to design meaningful marketing materials and build genuine client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Design thoughtful and respectful marketing collaterals (brochures, flyers, social media content, memorial guides)
Assist in implementing marketing campaigns that reflect dignity and care
Support families and clients with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication
Generate and manage leads through online platforms and community engagement
Maintain and update social media pages with appropriate and sensitive content
Coordinate production of marketing materials with suppliers
Monitor market trends and recommend improvements
Perform other duties as assigned by management
