The Marketing Associate supports the planning and execution of marketing activities, events, and promotions for the company’s arcade and kids’ playground operations. The role involves coordinating with event suppliers, assisting in promotional campaigns, and helping enhance customer engagement and brand visibility.

Qualifications/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing events such as birthday parties, school activities, themed events, and seasonal promotions.
• Help ensure smooth event operations and positive customer experience.

• Coordinate with event suppliers including decorators, performers, and other vendors.
• Assist in sourcing materials and monitoring supplier schedules and deliverables.

• Support implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Coordinate marketing materials for social media, posters, and in-store displays.
• Assist in content creation and promotional ideas.

• Stay updated with trends in arcade, kids’ entertainment, and leisure activities.
• Suggest creative ideas to improve customer engagement and increase foot traffic.

• Help handle event inquiries and customer concerns related to promotions and activities.
• Support partnerships and collaborations for events and community activities.

• Prepare basic reports, event documentation, and marketing monitoring reports.
• Maintain records of suppliers, event expenses, and marketing materials.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• Experience in marketing, events, or customer service is an advantage
• Knowledge or interest in arcade, kids’ playground, or entertainment industry is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable interacting with suppliers and event partners
• Creative, organized, and detail-oriented
• Proficient in MS Office and social media platforms
• Willing to work onsite and flexible with weekends/holidays when needed
