HR and Admin Specialist

As our HR & Administration Specialist, you will ensure the smooth, accurate, and compliant management of HR processes and administrative operations. You will coordinate closely with internal teams, employees, and external partners to keep HR functions and office operations efficient, timely, and aligned with company policies.

What You’ll Do
  • Fleet Management – Oversee vehicle registrations, preventive maintenance schedules, and repairs.
  • Travel Coordination – Manage travel arrangements between office locations.
  • Facilities & Purchasing Management – Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and procurement needs.
  • Office Administration – Maintain and replenish office supplies, monitor payments for suppliers, and ensure compliance with rental and utility payments.
  • Security Management – Monitor and coordinate security-related concerns, working closely with security personnel to ensure a safe and secure workplace.
  • General Reporting – Prepare and present monthly reports on administrative activities.
  • Business Permits & Compliance – Handle the renewal of business permits and safekeeping of important office documents.
  • HR Support – Assist with HR processes, coordinate HR activities, and address employee-related concerns.
  • Courier & Mail Handling – Manage outgoing documents and employee reimbursement reports.
  • Other HR/Administrative Duties – Provide support on ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
What You Bring to the Role
  • Bachelor’s degree in any four-year course.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask across departments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • A team player with excellent organizational and coordination skills.
