We are looking for a driven and people-centered Recruitment Officer to join our growing HR Team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about connecting talents to opportunities, building strong candidate relationships, and helping shape a high-performing workforce.

As a Recruitment Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring that we bring in the right people who embody our culture of excellence, professionalism, and service.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic hiring solutions.
• Implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates (online sourcing, job fairs, school partnerships, etc.).
• Maintain an active talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
• Conduct orientations and assist with new hire onboarding processes.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company and labor standards.
• Contribute to employer branding efforts and recruitment marketing activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Preferably with 1–2 years of experience in recruitment (BPO/Corporate setting is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Results-driven, resourceful, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional approach.
