HR Recruitment Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs and workforce planning requirements
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various sourcing channels
  • Conduct initial interviews and facilitate assessment processes
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Prepare job offers, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation
Performance Management
  • Assist in the implementation and administration of the company’s performance evaluation system
  • Coordinate performance appraisal cycles (quarterly, semi-annual, or annual)
  • Monitor completion of performance reviews and ensure adherence to timelines
  • Consolidate and analyze performance evaluation results and generate reports
  • Support managers in setting KPIs, goals, and performance standards
  • Track employee progress and assist in identifying training and development needs
Employee Records and HR Support
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
  • Provide administrative support for HR initiatives and programs
  • Assist in employee engagement and retention activities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in recruitment and/or HR generalist role
  • Experience in performance management systems is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
