Sales and Marketing Officer

1. Sales Development & Lead Generation

• Identify and develop new markets locally and internationally for pilot training programs.
• Generate qualified leads through online campaigns, school visits, aviation events, and referrals.
• Conduct presentations, consultations, and follow-ups with prospective students and sponsors.
• Meet and exceed enrollment targets and revenue goals.

1. Marketing Strategy & Execution

• Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, and on-ground).
• Manage social media platforms, website content, and online advertising to attract local and foreign students.
• Develop promotional materials such as brochures, videos, and presentations.
• Represent the academy in aviation expos, education fairs, and international recruitment events.

1. Partnership & Network Building

• Establish relationships with aviation schools, travel agencies, educational consultants, and international student recruiters.
• Coordinate with embassies, aviation organizations, and training partners for global outreach.
• Build partnerships with local institutions for feeder programs and scholarships.

1. Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct market research to identify trends in aviation training demand.
• Analyze competitor offerings and recommend strategies to stay competitive.
• Provide regular reports on campaign performance, lead conversion, and market insights.

1. Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain strong relationships with prospective and enrolled students.
• Ensure timely response to inquiries (email, phone, social media).
• Assist international students with onboarding coordination in collaboration with operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Aviation Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing (experience in education or aviation industry is an advantage).
• Strong communication and presentation skills (English proficiency required; additional languages are a plus).
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally.

• Full-time Onsite Bacolod
• Monday to Friday, 8:00AM-6:00PM
