  • Ensure that facilities reflect Toyota's core values, such as quality, sustainability, and innovation.
  • Introduce scalable and adaptable facility models suitable for different market segments and geographies.
  1. Site Selection of Appointed Areas
  • Conduct feasibility studies and strategic evaluations for proposed dealership locations, factoring in demographic data, traffic patterns, competition, and accessibility.
  • Coordinate with regional planners and real estate consultants to identify high-potential sites for new dealerships or relocations.
  • Facilitate site approval processes in alignment with Toyotas market penetration and brand visibility strategies.
  • Support franchisees in acquiring and developing suitable properties by providing data-driven recommendations and site validation support.
  1. Market Research of Toyota Expansion
  • Lead in-depth market research and data analysis to identify opportunities for Toyotas geographic and demographic expansion.
  • Evaluate local market dynamics, vehicle ownership trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform development strategy.
  • Produce actionable insights and forecasts to support territory planning, dealership network optimization, and growth initiatives.
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership for new franchise appointments or area development strategies.
  • You have a bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration
  • You maintain effectiveness when experiencing major changes in the work environment; adjust to work within new work structures, processes, requirements, or cultures
  • You are capable of clearly conveying information and ideas in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.
  • You can present ideas effectively to individuals or groups; deliver presentations suited to the characteristics and needs of the audience.
