About the role

Reporting directly to the People Manager and maintains a collaborative work relations with APAC People Team. Responsible for managing the administration of HR activities, policies and procedures. Assist in carrying out the functional areas of HR such as recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, benefits and compensation and other employment related functions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Performs administrative and variety of tasks for SSP PH to support the daily operations of the People Team;
  • Ensures operational HR activities and processes are correctly complied and provide accurate and timely advice and guidance to the line managers;
  • Develops good practice, innovative HR initiatives to assist SSP PH to become an employer of choice;
  • Carry out any other duties within the scope of the position related to and as assigned by the People Manager;
  • Keep abreast with HR trends, developments and best practices as aligned with APAC People programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree in Psychology or any related discipline in Human Resources.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in Human Resources Management or related practice.
  • Very good communication and coordination skills.
  • Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Creative and familiar with the latest HR trends; knowledgeable with PH Labor Law.
  • Fantastic time management skills.
  • Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools.
  • Meticulous attention to details.
