Customer Service Engineer

Job Description:
- Attend service calls of Rental and OP accounts
- Monitor the performance of the machines assigned to and recommend necessary actions and solve machine problem within 24-hour period
- Visit all machines assigned to on a monthly basis in order to check machine performance and customer satisfaction
- Meter read all rental and GCC+ accounts on a monthly basis
- Do preventative maintenance call (PM) as required: checkup, parts and drum replacements, calibration, and spot cleaning
- Prepare and submit accurately required reports
- Assess and recommend replacements/upgrading of machines based on performance
- Other task assigned by the management
Qualifications:
- Preferably Electrical Engineer, Electronics and Communication Engineer, Computer Engineer, or IT graduate
- May consider a 3-year course with a major in technology
- Same field experience is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in Adobe in as advantage
Amenable working conditions:
- Full-time Onsite Davao City, Davao Del sur
- Monday to Friday 8:00AM-6:00PM
