About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our retail operations in Davao City, Davao del Sur. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff performance, and achieving sales targets.

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store, maintaining store standards, and implementing company policies whilst fostering a positive team environment. This role is integral to our retail strategy and will directly impact our market presence and customer satisfaction in the region.

Key responsibilities
  1. Oversee all daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling
  2. Lead, recruit, train, and motivate a team of store associates to ensure excellent customer service delivery
  3. Monitor and achieve sales targets, implementing effective sales strategies and promotional activities
  4. Maintain store appearance, visual merchandising standards, and compliance with company guidelines
  5. Manage inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and coordinate with supply chain for timely replenishment
  6. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally and promptly
  7. Analyse store performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management
  8. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations within the store premises
  9. Implement marketing initiatives and participate in promotional campaigns to drive customer engagement
  10. Budget management and cost control to maintain profitability and operational efficiency
What we're looking for
  1. Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar retail management role in a fast-paced retail environment
  2. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
  3. Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
  4. Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail management software
  5. Solid understanding of inventory management, stock control, and merchandising principles
  6. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
  7. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial reports and store metrics
  8. Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  9. Knowledge of telecommunications products and services is advantageous
  10. Fluency in English and Filipino is preferred
  11. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required
