HR ASSISTANT TIMEKEEPING ASAP!!
About the role
We are seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join our team at Manila Bankers Life Insurance Corporation. This full-time role is based in Makati City, Metro Manila, and will be responsible for managing the company's timekeeping processes. As an integral part of our Human Resources department, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient time and attendance tracking for our employees.
What you'll be doing- Manage the daily timekeeping process, including recording employee attendance, tracking overtime, and approving time-off requests
- Maintain and update employee timesheets and payroll records
- Assist in the preparation of payroll and ensure accurate time and attendance data
- Provide support and guidance to employees regarding timekeeping policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the HR team to implement and improve timekeeping systems and processes
- Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
- Perform other HR-related duties as required
- At least 1 year of experience in a timekeeping or HR administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Proficient in using HR and payroll software, as well as Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with employees at all levels
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Thorough understanding of labour laws and timekeeping best practices
