About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Assistant (Time Keeping) to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate employee time and attendance records for our growing organization.
What you'll be doing- Responsible for the daily time keeping and attendance tracking of all employees
- Ensure accurate compilation and processing of time and attendance data
- Prepare and submit timely payroll information to the Payroll team
- Assist with the administration of employee leave and other time-off requests
- Provide support for HR-related documentation and filing
- Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR time management processes
- 0-2 years of experience in an HR assistant or time keeping role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in using HR and time tracking software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
- Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices
- Relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related field
