About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Assistant (Time Keeping) to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate employee time and attendance records for our growing organization.

What you'll be doing
  • Responsible for the daily time keeping and attendance tracking of all employees
  • Ensure accurate compilation and processing of time and attendance data
  • Prepare and submit timely payroll information to the Payroll team
  • Assist with the administration of employee leave and other time-off requests
  • Provide support for HR-related documentation and filing
  • Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR time management processes
What we're looking for
  • 0-2 years of experience in an HR assistant or time keeping role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in using HR and time tracking software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices
  • Relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related field
