We are looking for a reliable, organized, and creative Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. This role combines social media content creation and management with general administrative and personal assistant duties. The ideal candidate is comfortable working onsite 3-4 days a week and handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Create and edit engaging social media content
Schedule, post, and manage daily/weekly content across all platforms.
Monitor comments, messages, and engagement; respond promptly to build audience interaction.
Handle calendar management: schedule appointments, meetings, and reminders.Manage email inbox: sort, respond to inquiries, and flag important messages.
Perform basic bookkeeping
Provide general personal assistant support and other admin duties as needed.
