Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced L3 Application Support Engineer to manage application deployments, provide production support, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure the stability and performance of enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Level 3 application and production support
- Deploy applications across development, test, and production environments
- Troubleshoot application issues and perform root cause analysis
- Manage incidents, problems, and change requests
- Support deployment and release management activities
- Monitor application performance and system health
- Execute SQL queries for troubleshooting and data validation
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams
- Maintain operational and technical documentation

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Experience supporting enterprise applications
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Linux Administration

- Strong background in enterprise application support
- Experience with deployment and release management
