As an Application Support Engineer, you will spend your day investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with IBM Db2, IBM Information Management System (IMS) Database.
- Strong understanding of mainframe environments and batch processing.
- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting complex software issues.
- Familiarity with system monitoring and performance tuning techniques.
- Ability to analyze logs and system outputs to identify root causes of problems.
