Work Hours: 10 AM - 11 PM EST

We provide a reliable and quick service where customers can sell tickets to all live events (think: sports, concerts & theater). ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Ticketing Sales Operations Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing direct support to the Sales Lead, helping to manage ticket offers, upload listings, communicate with buyers, and assist with any other tasks as needed.

This is a remote position ideal for candidates in the Philippines with excellent English proficiency and availability to work between 10 AM - 11 PM EST.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offer Creation & Updates: Assist in creating, reviewing, and updating ticket offers to match market trends and demand.
  • Listing Management: Upload and maintain ticket listings across multiple platforms.
  • Buyer Communication: Handle inquiries and correspondence with ticket buyers, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general assistance to the Sales Lead, including task coordination and follow-ups.
  • Market Research: Monitor event trends, pricing fluctuations, and competitor activity to support decision-making.
  • Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of ticket transactions, listings, and inventory updates.
Qualifications
  • Language Proficiency: C2-level English proficiency (written and verbal).
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace, Excel/Google Sheets, and other online platforms.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong ability to manage tasks with accuracy and organization.
  • Reliable: Consistent internet connection and availability during required hours.
  • Experience: Prior experience in ticketing, customer service, or administrative roles is a plus but not required.
  • Problem Solver: Able to handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
