Job Summary

Sales Operations Officer The Sales Operations Officer is responsible for managing assigned client accounts and generating business opportunities that contribute to the company’s growth. This role involves establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, supporting evolving customer needs, and driving initiatives that enhance market presence and operational efficiency.

1. Customer Support Management

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and relationship management
• Sustain client engagement through regular visits, proactive communication, and identification of emerging needs and opportunities
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer database to support marketing analysis, strategic planning, and business development
• Assist in the customer switching process by coordinating documentation, timelines, and communications to ensure a smooth and efficient experience

1. Sales Operations and Marketing Support

• Support lead generation efforts and identify new sales opportunities
• Conduct information and education campaigns or seminars to promote stakeholder awareness and engagement
• Actively participate in branding initiatives, including exhibits, sponsorships, and promotional activities
• Assist in the development and refinement of marketing materials and press releases to enhance visibility and stakeholder communication

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in sales and customer relations, preferably within the electric power industry
• Foundational understanding of the Philippine electric power sector and its market dynamics
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Customer-focused with strong relationship management capabilities
• Demonstrates a strong ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Fukien or Hokkien is an advantage
• Driving skill is an advantage
