PRODUCT SUPPORT SPECIALIST | ONSITE | NIGHT SHIFT | ASAP
Job Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Support Specialist to support two key areas: customer/product support and CRM data management. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, keeping systems organized, and learning new products quickly.
Job Responsibilities:
Customer & Product Support (Entry-Level)- Respond to inbound customer emails, chats, texts, and calls regarding product and order inquiries
- Provide order status updates, warranty details, and basic troubleshooting guidance
- Accurately capture customer concerns and triage/escalate issues or sales opportunities to the appropriate team
- Communicate clearly and professionally while maintaining a friendly, brand-aligned tone
- Maintain and clean customer records across NetSuite (CRM/ERP) and Shopify
- Resolve duplicates, missing data, formatting issues, and incomplete account details
- Properly tag and categorize accounts based on customer profile and status
- Support onboarding of new customers and assist with basic account setup
- Keep detailed notes and follow-ups for the sales and product teams
Qualifications:
- Strong written and spoken English (clear, professional, concise)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and consistent
- Comfortable using spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel)
- Able to learn and work across multiple systems (NetSuite, Shopify, Gorgias, etc.)
- Confident communicating with customers even without all answers—and knows when to escalate
- Strong time management and self-discipline
Preferred but not required:
- Experience in customer service, e-commerce operations, admin support, or CRM/data management
- Familiarity with home improvement, DIY, or construction products
- Experience supporting technical products or troubleshooting
