• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months' experience in insurance verifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
• Familiarity with insurance verification processes and healthcare terminology
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance
• Consistent attendance and adherence to assigned schedules

• Conduct aggressive follow-ups to collect data from insurance companies
• Perform thorough insurance verifications with strong understanding of processes and protocols
• Manage multiple tasks while maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy
• Enter and maintain data accurately with a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM and 90% accuracy
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Navigate and utilize multiple insurance portals efficiently
• Handle multiple assignments and projects under tight deadlines
• Apply medical terminology knowledge in daily operations
• Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
• Organize information effectively and demonstrate strong self-direction
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned
