POSITION : MANDARIN OPERATIONS SPECIALIST- Manage daily operations for Mandarin-speaking regions, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Work with various departments (sales, marketing, and customer service) to ensure operational tasks are executed effectively.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to ensure targets are being met.
- Adapt operations to fit the cultural and language needs of Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Address and solve any operational problems or challenges that arise in Mandarin-speaking markets.
- Identify and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Prepare reports on operational performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Fluency in Mandarin (native-level, spoken and written).
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Experience in operations or project management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
