Casino Cashier
JOB SUMMARY
Handle financial transactions between the casino and its patrons, including cash exchanges, withdrawals, and buy-ins. Ensure transaction accuracy, verify patron identities, and comply with gaming regulations and company policies. Maintain window float, follow security protocols to prevent fraud, and reconcile cash drawer at shift’s end, reporting any discrepancies.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Transaction Processing
Conduct various financial transactions, including cash and chip exchanges, foreign currencies buy-ins, Ticket in/Ticket out (TITO) ticket selling & payments, marketing voucher redemptions , cash disbursements, Gcash, external advice, and credit/debit card advances to facilitate patron access to gaming services, ensure secure transactions, and enhance the overall gaming experience.Facilitate high-roller and house program buy-ins and settlements, ensuring accurate recording in the casino system, to maintain financial accuracy.
Fills and Credits Process
Handle fill and credit transactions by ensuring accurate system recording, timely execution, maintain chip level in the chip bank, and balance casino chip inventory to maintain accurate chip bank financial records.
Cash & Chips Float Balancing
Maintain and balance cash drawers and reconcile window floats and chip banks at the end of each shift to ensure accurate financial records. Verify and record transactions in the system to maintain accuracy and security.
Customer Service ExcellenceProvide excellent customer service while handling guest inquiries and concerns to enhance guest satisfaction.
Compliance and SafeguardingFollow all gaming regulations, policies, and procedures to prevent fraud and money laundering.
Soft count, Bill count and TI/TO Kiosk replenishment
Perform soft count and bill count procedures, to ensure accurate handling and documentation of cash transactions. Manage Tito kiosk replenishment, to maintain proper cash level for smooth operations.
QUALIFICATIONS- Completed at least two (2) years in college
- Experience in Gaming and Hospitality industry is an advantage
- Possesses good mathematical skills
- Has knowledge of proper cash handling procedures
- Able to cope with fast-paced environment
- Has good attention to detail
- Has excellent interpersonal skills
