About the role
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team at Polystar Manpower Services' in Paranaque City Metro Manila. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, accurately processing transactions, and maintaining the cash drawer.This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.
What you'll be doing- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions
- Maintain and balance the cash drawer throughout the day
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
- Ensure the checkout area is clean and well-organised
- Assist with inventory management and other store operations as needed
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in basic math and the ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
- Previous experience as a Cashier or in a similar retail role is preferred
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and work environments
