We are looking for a passionate Cashier/Receptionist to join our growing team.
The Cashier / Server is responsible for all aspects of payment processing with the knowledge and application of cashier ethics and procedures provided by the company. This role provides clear and accurate preparation and settlement of all food and beverages (F&B) bills through the point of sales machine.In addition, Cashier supports food and beverages by assisting in delivering orders efficiently and in the most courteous manner.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting guests to tables, presenting menus, and assisting with seating/waitlists
- Receiving payments (cash, credit, vouchers, automatic debits)
- Maintaining clean and orderly checkout areas
- Performing duties in line with company policies to achieve objectives
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma, or any equivalent
- With 1 – 2 years of experience as cashier in food & beverage service
- Experience handling cash transactions, POS systems, and billing
- Ability to work under-pressure, especially during peak hours, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
